Shipping Policy
NTC provide shipping or delivery within Qatar. Products will be delivered to the provided within the estimated time mentioned. Our executives may contact you on phone for any clarification about the address or location.
Delivery charges will be applicable to products within price range of 0 - 500 QAR. For the total price above 500 QAR, delivery will be free of charge. Refer our FAQ section for any further detailing.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns Pick-Up and Processing:
Returns will only be provided to the same address of delivery and Only replacement will be available. There will be no refunding.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Correct Product - name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product - All in-the-box accessories, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product - The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product - The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging - Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
Following products will not be returned:
Cleaning items - Cleaning Gels, Detergents, Detergent Pods, Fabric Wash Products, Surface Cleaners, Stain Removers and Washing Bars/Powder, Tissues, Toilet Tissue Aid, Toilet Rolls
Computer accessories - Blank/Educational Media, CDs/DVDs, Ink Toners and Software
Office or home items - Inks, Marker Refills, Adhesives.
